Aspen Group will help you select or evaluate a building site to make sure you end up with a church building that will allow you to fulfill your long-term vision. Once the site is selected, a site feasibility report is prepared so that Aspen Group architects can create the master plan (a long-range site plan, floor plans and elevations) that provide for optimum use of the site and the facility - often in phases - over time.
A thorough review of financial resources is also conducted, revealing:

- Finance or bonding options
