Scot Agerter

Project Manager in the Indianapolis Office

I started in the construction field receiving great practical experience through performing duties as a field engineer and project engineer on a variety of job sites including hospitals, apartment complexes, office buildings, churches, and grocery stores. Upon moving to Indianapolis in 1994 I started working as a project manager with a general contractor where I had the occasion to work with churches and enjoyed the process. When the opportunity arose to work for the Aspen Team, I knew it was a great opportunity.

The most rewarding part of my job is...

Working with churches that understand it is not about building a structure, it is about building a facility that will be a tool to reach, teach and keep people for Jesus Christ. It is very rewarding to see the vision of a church come alive in a building that will serve them and meet the mission.
